- You need 2 cups of Kaleji (Chicken Liver).
- It's 3 of Sliced onions.
- It's 3 of Tomato puree.
- You need To taste of Salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It's 5-6 of Garlic pods.
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- Prepare 5 tsp of Oil.
Kaleji Masala Liver Masala step by step
- Heat oil in pan, Add Cumin seeds, Sliced onions and garlic pods..Saute and cook for 2 minutes.
- Wash kalejis(Chicken Liver).
- Now add Chicken kaleji and mix all well..Cook until kalejis become soft and Cooked.....
- Now add tomato puree and spices: Salt, Turmeric powder and red chilli powder.....Mix all well and Cook until oil separates and chicken gets cooked properly......
- Serve hot with bread and roti.....
