Ingredients of Kaleji Masala Liver Masala

  1. You need 2 cups of Kaleji (Chicken Liver).
  2. It's 3 of Sliced onions.
  3. It's 3 of Tomato puree.
  4. You need To taste of Salt.
  5. It's 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  7. It's 5-6 of Garlic pods.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  9. Prepare 5 tsp of Oil.

Kaleji Masala Liver Masala step by step

  1. Heat oil in pan, Add Cumin seeds, Sliced onions and garlic pods..Saute and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Wash kalejis(Chicken Liver).
  3. Now add Chicken kaleji and mix all well..Cook until kalejis become soft and Cooked.....
  4. Now add tomato puree and spices: Salt, Turmeric powder and red chilli powder.....Mix all well and Cook until oil separates and chicken gets cooked properly......
  5. Serve hot with bread and roti.....
